The Kongres Management company works in Slovakia since 2005. We are concerned with the area of providing complete technical services. We focus on high-class projection, clear audio, interpretation, professional crew, fast communication and flexibility. We have long-time experience with technologies of already mentioned areas, thanks to which we have a special position on the market

We cooperate with various event agencies, whose aim is to offer the most lucrative solution for their customers. We offer professional design of technical solution made-to-measure to each customer.

During our long-time existence on the market we have been able to built a netting of subsuppliers with whom we work together on big events. Our vision has always been to help our clients to simplify process with technical providings for bigger and smaller events.

Audio

There is no chance for any bigger professional conference, lecture or presentation without a high-quality sound distribution. We offer you a professional sound equipment with suitable equipment. To ensure comfort and standard to the speaker we also provide different types of microphones: wireless or wired handheld microphones, lapel microphones or headset microphones. All are from professional and proven manufacturers such as: Sennheiser, Shure.

We also provide speakers from the professional manufacturers, for example Electro-Voice, RCF. Due to the fact that we have a variety of high-power speakers we are able to adjust to the room in which your conference takes place and ensure quality sound.

Video

Video and sound go hand in hand at all conferences. Just as you need to have a high quality audio, you also need to have a good image. We offer different luminance projectors with various capacity. From 2000 ANSI Lumens to 10000 ANSI lumens. We choose projectors according to the type of halls.

We have also different sizes of the screens, either with the frame or a tripod. We provide multiprojection or backward projection.

With the ability of the projection off axis screen projection we can set the projection from the side of the hall as well.

We also offer top view screens which are common thing for speakers, but also for participants of more complex sessions, where not every singleguest is able to see the projection.

We can provide video recording or audio recording of your event and if you request so also adjustment in the editing room will be provided.

Light

Lighting gives your event even better atmosphere. By using LED lights we can illuminate various parts of the hall in different colors, for example: the colors of your logo.

We also offer lighting of the speaker or lounge seatings on the stage. This illumination helps speaker to stand out. When recording video, this illumination comes as a standard.

Interpreting

Do you have a conference where foreign guests will attend? It is normal that not all of them speak one language. Therefore, we provide professional interpretational technique for all the guests of your event. We have two variations of interpretation cabins. Small cabins that are placed on the table and are good for smaller space or large cabins which we provide in ISO standard.

We can provide professional interpreters with whom we have long-term experience if you request so.
